Our Liability to you
All terms, conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by statute, applicable local law or otherwise in relation to the goods you ordered are excluded. Nothing in this condition is however intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded

Governing Law
The contract between us should be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve and disputes between us. If any part of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable (including and provision in which we exclude our liability to you) then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
