Ecommerce administrator / design assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to join our fast growing Ecommerce gift company. Ideally the candidate will have some experience in an Ecommerce environment, either as an employee or intern.

 

Working in a small team you will be helping with the general upkeep of our main website and our stores on Amazon and Ebay. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. We are located in Hayes, West-London.


Responsibilities:

*Upload original content to the website, Amazon and Ebay

*Copywriting

*Monitoring and adjusting stock levels

*Photography and post production of some product imagery

*Creating website banners and promo units

*Customer service

*Processing orders

*Help packing orders during busy periods

 

Essential skills:

*Fluent English skills: excellent spelling and grammar are a must

*Ability to write enticing copy for a wide range of products

*Experience using basic photographic studio equipment

*An interest in Ecommerce

*Familiar with Mac computer systems

*Basic photoshop or illustrator skills

 

Desired skills:

*Experience using CMS systems

*Ability to use Adobe creative suite

*Experience creating promotional material for digital platforms
