If you’ve decided that the item isn’t quite right for you, for whatever reason, simply send it back to us in its original condition, along with its packaging and we’ll offer you a full refund or exchange.

If an item is in stock an order is typically dispatched within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible informing us of the order number.
If the goods haven’t already been dispatched we’ll issue an immediate and full refund. When an item has already been sent, we’ll email you confirmation of the dispatch date. We will need to wait for you to receive it and consequently send it back to us. We will then action a refund.
Sending Back Your Item
Depending on the value of the item, we recommend that you return the goods using Royal Mail’s Recorded or Special Delivery service. The Post Office can advise you of the best method for you. It’s imperative that we receive the item(s) undamaged and these methods offer insurance up to a certain value.
Upon receiving your item we will issue you a full refund of the item’s value using the original payment method. The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
We can only refund the delivery costs if the order is cancelled within 7 days. This is your ‘cooling off’ period and is part of your statutory rights.
Personalised articles, such as engraved or embroidered items, can only be returned if faulty. Please refer to the product description if you are in any doubt as to whether the product is deemed ‘personalised’. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items are backed by their respective manufacturer’s guarantee. If your item becomes faulty and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will happily offer a full refund or replacement - providing the item is still offered within our product range.
To initiate a return, simply contact us stating the nature of the fault, along with your original order number. We’ll email you with details of the most appropriate way of sending the item back to us.
If your item arrives in a damaged state please contact us within three days and we will arrange an immediate replacement.
