All our shipping, UK and international, is via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Items will be shipped as soon as possible and should arrive within 2-4 days for UK, 3 4 for Europe and 4 7 for the rest of the world.

If you would like to return the gift you have purchased, we will refund the full cost of the gift. Just return it to us in its original condition and packaging within fifteen days. We will be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error otherwise delivery charges will not be refunded. If you would like to exchange the gift please note that you will be charged delivery.

Gift Store Order processOur number one priority is to make your Internet Giftstore shopping experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. With that in mind we have formulated a simple and efficient purchasing process in 5 easy steps:
1. When you see an item you like simply click on the “Add to basket” button. The item will then automatically be placed in your electronic shopping basket.
2. Once you’ve finished browsing select “Checkout” from the “My basket” page.
3. In Checkout we will ask for your name, billing address, method of payment particulars, shipping address and how you would like your purchases to be delivered.
4. You will be shown at this stage the total amount of your order, including the various options for delivery. If any of the information is incorrect, you can still go back and adjust information continued on previous pages. If the information is correct select “Submit Order” You can still cancel the order at this time.
5. Once you have submitted your order a confirmation will appear that will verify all of the details that you have provided us with and will give you an order reference for you to quote if you need to contact us for any reason. We will also confirm your order to you by e-mail to you within 24 hours.
Product Availability at The Gift StoreUnlike most Internet retailers we only display items that we have in stock. However, occasionally we may take your order and then discover that the items are not suitable for purchase (i.e. they are defective of have been damaged in some manner). In these rare cases we will notify you via e-mail and endeavour to fulfil your order as soon as possible at no extra charge. At this stage you will also have the option to cancel your order.

Personal Cheque
Customers can choose to pay by personal cheque. To do so simply print out your order form and mail it to us along with your cheque. The Internet Giftstore can only process cheques denominated in pounds Sterling and drawn on an UK bank.
